4. Performance requirements
  1) Rated voltage: up to 1000kV
  2) Material: epoxy resin or custom specified
  3) Power frequency withstand: As per the standard IEC60137:2003 or GB/T 4109-2008
  4) Rated lightning impulse, switching impulse and chopped lightning impulse withstand voltage: perform the standard IEC60137:2003 or GB/T 4109-2008
  5) Measurement of partial discharge: As per the standard IEC60137:2003 or GB/T 4109-2008
 6) Mechanical strength: As per the standard IEC60137:2003 or GB/T 4109-2008 or custom specified
 7) Sealed performance:
     Be able to support the rated pressure of SF6
     Gas leakage: not exceed 0.1% annually
